Register here.

We invite all interested parties to participate in the Regional workshop for editors and publishers of Open Access journals. The workshop is organized as part of the Horizon Europe projects DIAMAS and CRAFT-OA and will take place on October 30, 2024, between 2.00 PM and 3.30 PM CET.

The workshop is free, but registration is required.

Open Journal Systems (OJS), free open-source software that facilitates the management and publishing of scholarly journals, plays an important role in the development of infrastructure for Open Access scholarly publishing, as evidenced by the fact that more than 40,000 journals worldwide use OJS.

The workshop is intended for editors and publishers of OA journals, both those who already use OJS and those who are considering using it.

During the workshop, several regional examples of OJS usage will be presented. After brief presentations (held in Croatian and Serbian), you will be invited to join the discussion and share your experiences. Discussion can take place in the language chosen by each participant.

The webinar is organised by DIAMAS and CRAFT-OA projects and the Croatian Association for Scholarly Communication – CROASC.
