Pilot a technical component developed by CRAFT-OA
Do you represent an Institutional Publishing Service that uses or supports the use of Open Journal Systems (OJS) to publish Open Access Journal(s)? If yes, the CRAFT-OA project (funded by the European Union, Grant Agreement no. 101094397) would like to collaborate with you. We are advancing the integration of the publishing domain into EOSC by facilitating IPSPs to provide access to their journal to the EOSC (European Open Science Cloud) user community. To help us validate a technical component we have developed, we are looking for 3 pilot organizations willing to test the authentication and authorisation process. As a pilot, you will be guided through the whole process; we will collect the required information from you and help you with all implementation. By collaborating with us as a pilot, your journal platform will showcase AAI (Authentication Authorisation Infrastructure) integration following standards-based access and enhanced interoperability within EOSC. Pilots will gain early access to technical support, and play an important role in advancing the integration of the publishing domain into EOSC.
Are you interested in becoming a pilot and helping to shape a connected and collaborative research ecosystem?
CRAFT-OA pilots commit to test their demo instance by:
- Collaborating with CRAFT-OA (specifically with the EGI, one of the project consortium partners) for the pilot activities from March to June 2025
- Meeting with the EGI team to implement the piloting work.
- Utilising the EGI AAI proxy demo service with your journal platform during the pilot time period. You can decide if you would like to keep the service connected beyond the pilot phase.
Let’s work together
